We are now accepting applications for the next six single family (deed restricted) Park Homes in Park City Heights. These homes are tracking for completion sometime in late July or early August. All completed applications will be due by 6pm on June 9th 2018 to be considered for this release of homes in Park City Heights.
All applicants must submit a Loan Pre-Qualification Letter from their lender of choice showing the purchase price that they are qualified for at the time of application. If you have completed an application for affordable housing in Park City Heights in the past you will not need to submit a new application unless your employment status has changed. If you did not submit a loan Pre-Approval or Pre-Qualification letter with your previous application please make sure to do so by 6pm on June 9th 2018 or your application will not be considered.
