Release of Six Additional Park Homes in Park City Heights

Greetings,

We are now accepting applications for the next six single family (deed restricted) Park Homes in Park City Heights. These homes are tracking for completion sometime in late July or early August. All completed applications will be due by 6pm on June 9th 2018 to be considered for this release of homes in Park City Heights.

All applicants must submit a Loan Pre-Qualification Letter from their lender of choice showing the purchase price that they are qualified for at the time of application. If you have completed an application for affordable housing in Park City Heights in the past you will not need to submit a new application unless your employment status has changed. If you did not submit a loan Pre-Approval or Pre-Qualification letter with your previous application please make sure to do so by 6pm on June 9th 2018 or your application will not be considered.

Application for Affordable-Attainable Homes in Park City Heights

Greetings,

We are pleased to report that the application and screening process is now open for the first fourteen affordable/attainable homes.  Please review and complete the application attached to be considered during the selection process. Park City Heights Affordable Home Application. 

The anticipated pricing on the first eight town homes is estimated to range from $248,900-$339,900. The anticipated pricing on the first six single family Park Homes is expected to range from $374,900-$408,900. Please note that these are anticpated prices and may be subject to change.

Floor plans for the first fourteen affordable/attainable homes can be viewed at http://pchattainablehousing.blogspot.com/. You will also find links to commonly asked questions about the neighborhood, affordable housing requirements as well as other important documents such as the Deed Restriction that will be recorded at title upon closing.

To be considered for one of the first fourteen affordable/attainable homes in Park City Heights you will need to complete and return the attached application by 6pm on October 30^th 2016. Applications that are not time stamped (if sending via email) or postmarked (if mailing via the postal service) by the deadline will not be considered for the first release of homes, but will be reviewed for subsequent releases. Please submit one application per household, as submitting multiple applications per household will not increase the odds of being selected.

If you haven’t yet been pre-approved for a mortgage and will be obtaining a loan if selected, it is strongly encouraged that you do so immediately. To find out if you are pre-qualified and to obtain a pre-approval letter, please click here to submit a loan application with our preferred lender. If you are already pre-approved with Veritas Funding or plan on obtaining financing from another source, please include a copy of your Pre-Approval or Pre-Qualification Letter with the Affordable/Attainable Home application.

The affordable/attainable home applications will be screened and ranked by November 14^th 2016 and if selected you will be contacted to tour the available homes and make your selection. If you are selected, but choose not to move forward at this time, your application will be kept on file and considered in future releases. If you are not selected, your application will also be filed and reviewed when future affordable/attainable homes are released for sale in Park City Heights.

We are getting close to finalizing pricing with the city on the first ten affordable/deed restricted homes in Park City Heights and plan to send out the applications to begin the screening process within the next month. You may have noticed as you drive by Park City Heights that we have started a few buildings!  We are currently at frame stage with one town home building and four single family homes.  Our plan and goal as we work alongside the city is to release ten finished deed restricted homes for sale this year.  Six market rate homes will soon go to the city for permitting as well as we are working towards offering these initial spec homes for sale within the next few months.  This post will provide information about what to do next if you are interested in an affordable housing home at Park City Heights.  If you are interested in a market rate home, please contact me at 435-729-0550 for more information.       

First, please continue to check this blog for new information now that we are underway.  We will soon upload the required questionnaire for you to fill out.  This questionnaire will allow us to rank all interested applicants in order of priority as outlined by Park City.  Please read previous posts regarding qualifications. 

Second, if we already have you on our interest list we will also email the questionnaire to you.  You will have a two week window to fill out the form and return it to me via email to troygoffpch@gmail.com. 

Once we receive all applications for this first release of ten homes, we will rank each one.  The individual who is ranked number one will be called first.  This person will have the opportunity to look at all ten homes and choose a home first.  We will move our way down the list in order as such.  Each individual will have a limited time to prove that he/she financially qualifies for a home and provide an amount in which they qualify for.  It may be a good idea to speak to your lender now regarding qualification and payment information.  If you would like to apply with Veritas Funding, our preferred lender, please see the contact information below.  You may apply and obtain a loan with any lender that you choose.  Using Veritas Funding does not affect your application or chances of getting a home in any way.  We use this preferred lender because we know they provide great and honest service and that your loan will be ready in a timely manner.     

If you are contacted because you ranked highly amongst applicants yet you are not ready to purchase for whatever reason, we will automatically hold your application for future releases.  During each release, the application process will re-open and we will re-rank each application over again.  You only need to apply one time and we will keep your application and re-rank it with every release.
