Initial Construction of Ten Deed Restricted Homes


You may have noticed as you drive by Park City Heights that we have started a few buildings!  We are currently at frame stage with one town home building and four single family homes.  Our plan and goal as we work alongside the city is to release ten finished deed restricted homes for sale this year.  Six market rate homes will soon go to the city for permitting as well as we are working towards offering these initial spec homes for sale within the next few months.  This post will provide information about what to do next if you are interested in an affordable housing home at Park City Heights.  If you are interested in a market rate home, please contact me at 435-729-0550 for more information.       

First, please continue to check this blog for new information now that we are underway.  We will soon upload the required questionnaire for you to fill out.  This questionnaire will allow us to rank all interested applicants in order of priority as outlined by Park City.  Please read previous posts regarding qualifications. 

Second, if we already have you on our interest list we will also email the questionnaire to you.  You will have a two week window to fill out the form and return it to me via email to troygoffpch@gmail.com. 

Once we receive all applications for this first release of ten homes, we will rank each one.  The individual who is ranked number one will be called first.  This person will have the opportunity to look at all ten homes and choose a home first.  We will move our way down the list in order as such.  Each individual will have a limited time to prove that he/she financially qualifies for a home and provide an amount in which they qualify for.  It may be a good idea to speak to your lender now regarding qualification and payment information.  If you would like to apply with Veritas Funding, our preferred lender, please see the contact information below.  You may apply and obtain a loan with any lender that you choose.  Using Veritas Funding does not affect your application or chances of getting a home in any way.  We use this preferred lender because we know they provide great and honest service and that your loan will be ready in a timely manner.     

If you are contacted because you ranked highly amongst applicants yet you are not ready to purchase for whatever reason, we will automatically hold your application for future releases.  During each release, the application process will re-open and we will re-rank each application over again.  You only need to apply one time and we will keep your application and re-rank it with every release.
