application and screening process is now open for the first fourteen affordable/attainable
homes. Please review and complete the

The anticipated pricing on the first eight town homes is estimated to
range from $248,900-$339,900. The anticipated pricing on the first six single family Park
Homes is expected to range from $374,900-$408,900. Please note that these are anticpated prices and may be subject to change.

You will also find links to commonly asked questions about the neighborhood, affordable housing requirements as well as other important documents such as the Deed Restriction that will be recorded at title upon closing.

To be considered for one of the first fourteen
affordable/attainable homes in Park City Heights you will need to complete and return the attached
application by 6pm on October 30th 2016. Applications that are not time
stamped (if sending via email) or postmarked (if mailing via the postal
service) by the deadline will not be considered for the first release of homes,
but will be reviewed for subsequent releases. Please submit one application per household,
as submitting multiple applications per household will not increase the odds of
being selected.

If you haven’t yet been pre-approved for a mortgage and will
be obtaining a loan if selected, it is strongly encouraged that you do so
immediately. To find out if you are pre-qualified and to obtain a pre-approval
letter, please click here to submit a loan
application with our preferred lender. If you are already pre-approved
with Veritas Funding or plan on obtaining financing from another source, please include a
copy of your Pre-Approval or Pre-Qualification Letter with the
Affordable/Attainable Home application.
The affordable/attainable home applications will be screened
and ranked by November 14th 2016 and if selected you will be
contacted to tour the available homes and make your selection. If you are
selected, but choose not to move forward at this time, your application will be
kept on file and considered in future releases. If you are not selected, your application
will also be filed and reviewed when future affordable/attainable homes are
released for sale in Park City Heights.
